The woman claims she identified as black when she was five years old and colored her self portraits with the “brown crayon instead of the peach crayon.”However she quickly changed her mind and identified as white when she tried to sue the HBCU Howard University for discriminating against her because she was a white woman. The suit was dismissed and she was forced to pay the court costs for the school.
